Bio
Nathaniel Mack is the CEO and founder of The Law Offices of Nathaniel Mack III, PLLC d/b/a Mack Injury Attorneys, with offices in San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and Dallas. His firm represents clients nationwide in complex litigation matters related to catastrophic accidents, intentional torts, environmental torts, and mass torts. Mack has been a part of national trial teams that have tried cases all over the United States.
He attained his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University with a major in Political Science and his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University.
He is admitted to practice before each United States District Court in the State of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals located in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Over the course of his career Mack has handled products liability, medical malpractice and personal injury cases through trial. In his own practice, he has continued to maintain a docket of products liability, medical malpractice and personal injury cases, but he has also added several mass tort campaigns to his firm’s docket. These include: 1) Representing residents of Houston, Texas in a toxic tort case against a railroad company (link); 2) Representing firefighters nationwide in the aqueous film-forming foam litigation (link); 3) Representing women nationwide in the chemical hair straightener litigation (link); 4) Representing government entities in the case involving the overpricing of insulin (link).
He has also remained engaged in the legal community. In 2023, he served on the Bexar County Judicial Selection Committee to nominate the next sitting Judge for the recently expanded Probate Division.
He has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiffs Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers. He has also been featured in multiple publications including Forbes, US Weekly, LA Weekly, Life&Style, International Business Times, and Men’s Journal among others. He is an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association where he was a presenter at the 2023 conference in Houston, Texas.
Mack currently serves on the board of directors for Ferrari Kid. Through his nonprofit, Mack To The Future, he is able to support communities he serves through philanthropy.
